IALFM Public Information

Terms of Service

These terms apply to public and authorized use of the IALFM Administration Site.

Purpose

This site is provided by Islamic Association of Lewisville / Flower Mound to support community services, education enrollment and tuition, donations, membership, facility booking, item rental, donor information updates, and authorized administrative workflows.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. IALFM does not process, store, or retain full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials in this portal. Payment availability, payment methods, and checkout screens may be controlled by Stripe.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and may be asked to verify ownership of an email address or donor profile before viewing or updating protected records. Unauthorized access, attempts to view another person's data, or misuse of the portal are prohibited.

Facility booking and community services

Education enrollment, facility booking, item rental, donation, and membership requests are subject to IALFM policies, availability, review, and approval where applicable. Education tuition may include recurring and one-time charges shown before Checkout. Submission or payment does not override IALFM policies or committee requirements.

Security and audit

Access is role-based, sensitive information is protected using encryption where applicable, and activity may be audit logged for security, financial control, and operational review.
