Privacy Policy
This policy summarizes how the IALFM Administration Site handles personal information.
Information collected
The portal may collect information you provide, such as name, email, phone, address, membership details, education enrollment details, parent and student pictures, parent driving-license images, donation designation, facility booking details, item rental details, and administrative request details. When cookie consent is accepted, the portal may also collect visitor analytics such as page visited, time, browser, approximate network information, referrer, language, screen size, and logged-in user context where applicable.
How information is used
Information is used to provide community and education services, process tuition, one-time school fees, donations, and memberships through Stripe, manage enrollment, facility bookings and rentals, maintain donor records, issue receipts, support IALFM administration, protect the portal, and maintain audit records.
Payment data
IALFM does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials in this portal. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. For donation matching, the portal may store only optional Tap2Pay card type/last four digits and optional Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal identifiers voluntarily provided by the donor.
Protection of personal information
IALFM uses a tiered data-classification model. Restricted PII—including SSN/TIN, bank and routing numbers, government IDs, donor records, student records, parent/student identity images, check images, and sensitive HR/tax documents—uses role controls, encryption or masking, second-admin OTP for administrative viewing, and audit logging. Standard contact information and routine business records such as invoices, receipts, quotes, GL coding, approvals, and facility documents use login and role-based access without an additional OTP unless the record also contains Restricted PII. Education identity and student images are application-encrypted at rest. Donor profile updates require verification or admin review before protected details can be viewed or changed.

The portal uses essential cookies for login, security, and workflow continuity. Optional analytics cookies are used only after consent is accepted. You may choose essential-only cookies from the cookie banner.
